欧盟气候机构：全球日均海表温度刷新历史纪录_我的网站

A |     欧盟气候监测机构哥白尼气候变化服务局8月24日发布公报说，全球日平均海洋表面温度22日达到21.10摄氏度，超过2024年3月创下的21.09摄氏度的纪录，成为有记录以来的最高值。欧洲中期天气预报中心气候战略负责人萨曼莎·伯吉斯说，这一新纪录再次表明，海洋正承受日益加剧的压力。    New Delhi, Oct 12 (UNI) Partnership between government and private sector is key in managing any crisis, Union Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani said on Wednesday.

C K Mishra, Former Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India and Jury Chair, FICCI Healthcare Excellence Awards 2022, said there is a need for more investments to be made in the primary sector and the private sector can play a critical role in this.



'As a nation, we need to strive to ensure people don’t fall sick rather than treating the sick patient, he added. “Digitization is one of the strongest enablers of the healthcare system,” Mishra said.



He also emphasized that the Indian healthcare sector needs more public-private partnership in funding the pilot projects.
